Some of the Best Things are Worth the Wait.

April 6, 2015

It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 10 years since we’ve offered waterfront property in Daniel Island Park. But sometimes it’s worth waiting.

This June, we’re introducing Nobel’s Point, a very exclusive neighborhood in the northeast corner of the Park. Bounded by golf holes 10, 11 and 13 of the Ralston Creek course and the tidal waters of the course’s namesake waterway, this peninsula of land is one of the last and the best places on the island. And if the spectacular marsh, golf and water views aren’t enough, residents of Nobel’s Creek will have water access via their own community dock. Information about the first 14 homesites will be available soon.
