An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until September 19, 2019
Join a safe, fun and effective workout. Class is designed to improve mobility and stability through a series of exercises performed in water.
Using water and equipment for resistance paired with varied intensity, this class will tone muscles and increase endurance.
The combination of strength and cardio exercises mixed with water resistance ensures a full body workout.
All levels welcome.
