End of Summer Concerts Rock Daniel Island

July 31, 2015

It’s been an incredible season for concerts and events on Daniel Island, and while we are moving into the dog days of the summer, there are still a number of great bands headed our way this August!

National acts the Counting Crows (with Citizen Cope), Sublime and O.A.R. will all perform at Family Circle Stadium, a favorite local venue for live music conveniently located on Daniel Island. Hootie and the Blowfish will also make their return to the Family Circle Stadium for two nights of music. This will be the 13th edition of the group’s annual HomeGrown concert, which raises money for area schools. For a full schedule of concerts at the Family Circle Stadium, please click here.

The Daniel Island Property Owners’ Association will host their final ‘Afternoon on the Wando’ free concert and picnic on Saturday, August 15 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Children’s Park. Join family and friends along the beautiful waterfront of the Wando River while enjoying Soul Fish, a local band that will keep concertgoers on their feet all night long!

So get outside, enjoy some great live music on Daniel Island and enjoy the rest of your summer!
