October was a busy month at Daniel Island Real Estate! Sales numbers were up across the board, compared to the same time last year, with an astounding 133% increase in sales volume from $5 million in October 2012 to more than $11.7 million this year. We also saw a 70% increase in number of transactions with 17 closed properties in 2013 compared to ten the previous year. Looking ahead to the last 60 days of the year, we have 11 properties currently pending sale for $4.3 million. Daniel Island Real Estate also listed 15 properties in October, three of which already have contracts pending.
