Join Teresa Donohue, E-RYT, for this all levels yoga class linking breath with movement to align, strengthen, promote flexibility and relaxation. Emphasis on deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Enjoy panoramic marsh and bridge views from the Nest’s second story screened porch. Please bring a mat and water to class.
