The instructor Donna is out of town this week and therefore the Water Aerobics class is cancelled August 13th and 15th.
Join a safe, fun and effective workout. Class is designed to improve mobility and stability through a series of exercises performed in water.
Using water and equipment for resistance paired with varied intensity, this class will tone muscles and increase endurance.
The combination of strength and cardio exercises mixed with water resistance ensures a full body workout.
