Join an energetic group for fun-filled fitness in Scott Pool! Water aerobics is a low impact form of exercise that can improve cardiovascular strength, build physical endurance and enhance balance and coordination.
Tuesday and Thursday classes are held each week from 9-10 AM at the Scott Pool, 177 Corn Planters Street. No need to pre-register for each class – just show up and hop in!
Classes are taught by Donna Kederer, US Primary Certified Instructor.
