Come experience yoga from the tranquil perch of the Crow’s Nest at the Edgefield Park Pool. Join Teresa Donohue, E-RYT, for a flow that links breath with movement to promote strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Enjoy moving mindfully and breathing deeply. Suitable for all abilities and ages. Please bring a mat. No need to pre-register, each class is just $5 and you can pay the instructor at the class.
