  2. Daniel Island Real Estate Reports Strong 2012 Results as the Year Comes to a Close

    Comments Off

2012 has been a busy year for Daniel Island Real Estate. With just a couple weeks remaining, our sales of resale homes are up 61% compared to last year at this time. New home sales are up 45% and homesite sales are up 35%. The island’s diminished inventory of available resale single-family homes reflects this demand: While there are some wonderful properties on the market, they’re selling quickly and our supply is smaller than it’s been in years. With nine builders actively constructing new speculative homes in the Smythe Park and Daniel Island Park neighborhoods, prospective buyers can also consider a broad array of new construction choices. If you’re searching for a place to call home in Charleston’s Island Town, now is the time to make a move!
