Bishop England Spring Break Sports Camp

Campers will participate in a variety of sports activities including, but not limited to:  flag football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, kickball, soccer, ping pong, ultimate Frisbee, Four Square, and Pickleball. This is the week after Easter. You may pay for the whole week at $180 or $40 per day. Lunch will be sold. Contact John Cantey

Gentle Yoga is a class taught by Donna Kederer, 200 RYT. Donna has over 13 years of experience teaching yoga. The 60 minute class will be conducted in a safe and relaxing atmosphere. It will be adaptable to all participants and will be incorporating basic yoga postures with attention to alignment and conscious breath work

Tuesdays & Fridays   9-10am  Starting April 4  9-10 An ancient form of exercise for all ages using slow, smooth body movements. Tai Chi is particularly effective in healing, strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems, and disease prevention. It can boost energy, balance, sharpen reflexes and one’s overall sense of well-being.
