Gentle Yoga is a class taught by Donna Kederer, 200 RYT. Donna has over 13 years of experience teaching yoga. The 60 minute class will be conducted in a safe and relaxing atmosphere. It will be adaptable to all participants and will be incorporating basic yoga postures with attention to alignment and conscious breath work through sequences and variations. Gentle Yoga is an excellent opportunity to experience all of the benefits of traditional yoga.
This class will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am beginning April 18th through May 11th. Classes are held at the Pierce Park Pavilion located at 1801 Pierce Street. There is a $5 fee to participate in Gentle Yoga. No pre-registration necessary. A yoga mat will not be provided but is recommended.
