Edgefield Park, the newest and last major neighborhood in this area, is located on the southeastern tip of Daniel Island’s residential land, just south of the Smythe Park neighborhood. Bounded by the island’s original high land edges, and with a south-facing setting, the neighborhood features wide-reaching views all the way to the Ravenel Bridge and the Charleston peninsula. Edgefield Park will feature new trails that will connect to Daniel Island’s existing trail system and 10+ acres of parkland and lush natural areas.
Beautiful trees and scenic marsh views frame the setting for the newest amenity currently under construction in Edgefield Park. This picturesque site encompasses more than two acres, where plans call for a pool that will incorporate several 25-meter lap lanes, a play feature, winding trails along the marsh and an open-air structure that will serve as a venue for year-round events.
Currently, homes from David Weekley and John Wieland are under construction and available. The next phase in Edgefield Park will be available soon and include new townhomes by John Wieland and single-family homes by Cline Homes.
