Gentle Yoga 12:00-1:00 4 sessions on Wednesdays (March 15, 22, April 5, 12)
Diane Zalka, E-RYT, will offer a gentle yoga class that will be accessible to all. Participants may bring their own mats to practice or may use chairs provided by the library. Our practice will include breathing techniques and simple movements. Yoga helps strengthen the body, free the joints and relax the mind resulting in greater health and well-being.
