All vendor slots for the 2017 Holiday Festival on Daniel Island have been filled! The Holiday Festival organizers are accepting vendors for a wait list only. To apply for a wait listed slot, you must email Barbara McLaughlin at Barbara.Mclaughlin@dicommunity.org. Please include in your email the following vendor information:

Please note that the Holiday Festival Committee will not be accepting any concession food vendors for the festival as those vendors are chosen by the Volvo Car Stadium & Family Circle Tennis Center hospitality services division. Food Trucks, snacks, meals and drinks that you purchase and consume at the event are all considered concession food vendors.
If accepted off of the wait list, you will be contacted via email by either Dani Hermann or Barbara McLaughlin. At that time you will also be sent a waiver and an application to complete. To be considered a vendor, you will need to return the completed paperwork and a check made out to DICF for $115 (vendor fee).
PLEASE NOTE: This event has a “severe weather” date of Sunday, December 3rd where the festival hours will be slightly different and will take place from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm instead of 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. This is a “one day” festival, however we would need your commitment for both days in case the reschedule date is needed. There will be no refunds given for any cancellations or if you cannot make the Sunday severe weather date.
